Aspen Adaptive Modeling is part of AspenTech’s sustainability solution for APC. It automates the maintenance lifecycle of a controller by providing the ability to collect historical data, automate calculations for data cleaning, schedule online model quality assessments, run standard and custom KPIs to assess model quality, model diagnostics and online model identification. Calibrate Mode lets users control the degree of aggressiveness in step testing. Testing can now be done in the background without requiring full-time engineering supervision. Calibrate Mode preserves the economic benefits of APC while collecting new process data. Aspen Adaptive Modeling is a core element of AspenTech’s aspenONE® Advanced Process Control applications.
